Shipping policies

Tracking number(s) were emailed to you. The tracking number (s) will be sent to you by email. This process is automatic. If you did not receive it, you can be sure that they were sent. We ask you to please check your spam folder with the Everlocus.com email. Add your domain to your secure mailing list so that our emails are not filtered as spam by your customer / email service. Shipping

Your order will be sent almost always within the next business day from the moment you sent it. If you sent your order before 2 p.m. PST, will almost always be sent the same day. The tracking information of the shipment will be sent to you by email as soon as a shipping label is created. The packages are scanned first by the shipping companies when they make their daily collections from our Distribution Center around 3: 30-4: 00 p.m. PST. The tracking information will begin to appear once your package has been scanned. We reserve the right to send through any shipping method or shipping company that makes the most sense, but we try to accommodate any shipping company you request

Most shipments to the rest of the country are sent through the USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 2 days. We have noticed that shipments north of New York can take 3 days.

Keep in mind that weather can delay your packages, even when you do not have weather problems in your specific geographic location. Also, plan ahead for delays during holidays. If your package arrives late, please let us know so we can request a refund from the shipping company.
